building trust
through humble
beginnings.
Like many general contractors, Newco Construction began as a carpentry company. We provided carpentry services for commercial clients in the Georgia and Florida areas. Over time we were fortunate to expand our client base and grew to a national firm providing carpentry and other services to commercial and retail customers across the country. In 1993, Newco Construction of America, Inc. was incorporated and made the change to full-blown general contractor.
For over 30 years we have fine-tuned our services to provide clients the best possible combination of small and large services to fit their needs. Building on the relationships taken root in our early days, we have developed an extensive network of subcontractors, suppliers and vendors nationwide to enable us to provide successful construction services across the country while blending in with the local industry. With thousands of projects throughout the United States, Newco Construction has fostered countless relationships with local jurisdictions allowing us to feel right at home wherever our clients take us.
As a mid-sized family-owned business, clients benefit from our ability to perform large and small projects nationally while always having the principles of the company available at their fingertips. We believe strongly in treating not only our employees like family but also our clients. It’s been our commitment for over 30 years and will remain so as we grow and prosper.
Our clients
Newco is proud to have a wide and varied client roster that fully represents the range of our services. We’ve had the pleasure of working with retail giants, government agencies and regional small businesses. Lasting partnerships are the cornerstone of our business, and we only hope to grow this list in the future.
